Limited to one offer every six months

The follow-up, published

Every message we'll send you, written out before you opt in.

Most companies hide their follow-up sequences. Here's ours: the instant confirmation, the reminders, the slightly ridiculous check-ins, the questions about your next trip, and the case updates on the exit side. If a message here would annoy you, one reply stops it — and we'd rather know.

Travel side

Six tracks, from the second you book a Zoom seat to the day you start thinking about the next coastline. Nothing here manufactures urgency and nothing introduces a price you haven't already seen.

1 · Instant booking confirmation (1-second text)

Trigger
Seat form submitted on any /offers/* page
Goal
Confirm the appointment inside one second, then get a spouse/decision-maker yes in the same thread.
Stops when
Contact joins the Zoom session (tag `attended`).

WF-TRAVEL-01 · Seat Booked → 1s Confirm → Spouse Check

  1. +1 secondSMS

Beat the doubt. The text lands before they close the tab — link first, everything else after.

{{contact.first_name}}, you're confirmed — {{custom_values.session_day}} at {{custom_values.session_time}} ET. Zoom link: {{custom_values.zoom_join_url}}. 45–60 minutes, and the price you saw on the page is the price. Reply STOP to opt out.

    tag: seat-booked

  2. +15 secondsSMS

The cute onboarding question. One reply captures the spouse answer and starts a live conversation while they're still warm.

One quick thing so we don't have to do this twice: is your other half free at that time too? 😄 Reply YES (they're in), NO (flying solo) or PICK (send me a time that works for both). Both of you on the call is the fastest way through — decisions are less fun alone.

    tag: spouse-question-sent

exit: YES → tag `spouse-confirmed`. NO → tag `solo-attendee`. PICK → drop the reschedule link and hand to a rep.

  3. Immediately after replySMS

Acknowledge the answer so it never feels like a robot asked.

Perfect. YES → 'Great, I'll set the room for two.' NO → 'No problem — you'll get everything in writing to share after.' PICK → 'Here are the next open times: {{custom_values.next_two_sessions}} — {{custom_values.rebook_url}}'

  4. Immediately (0 min)Email

The receipt they can forward to a spouse. Full price restated.

Subject: Your seat is held — {{custom_values.session_day}}, {{custom_values.session_time}} ET

Here's your Zoom link, your session time, and the full cost of the package again — deposit, taxes and fees, line by line. Nothing changes on the call. Add it to your calendar with the button below. If you can't make it, move it yourself with the reschedule link — no phone tag.

    tag: seat-booked

  5. +3 minutesEmail

Pre-frame the presentation so nobody feels ambushed.

Subject: What actually happens on the call (so it's not a mystery)

The 45–60 minutes will be to learn how to activate this certificate and to learn about other amazing offers, just like this. We show you the membership pricing, what it costs, and what it doesn't cover. Then you say yes or no. Your certificate is yours either way. Bring whoever makes decisions with you — that's not a sales tactic, it's just faster.

2 · Show-up sequence

Trigger
Tag `seat-booked` and session date is in the future
Goal
Get 20 booked seats to actually sit down. Target: 65%+ show.
Stops when
Tag `attended` applied by the Zoom → GHL sync.

WF-TRAVEL-02 · Show-Up Ladder

  1. Day before, 10:00 AM localEmail

    Calendar anchor + one-tap reschedule.

Subject: Tomorrow at {{custom_values.session_time}} ET — link inside

Your seat is one of 20. If tomorrow stopped working, move it here in two taps — we'd rather give the seat to someone who can use it than watch an empty square.

  2. Day of, 3 hours priorSMS

Warm, human, faintly funny. Permission to be honest.

    Today at {{custom_values.session_time}} ET. Coffee optional, camera optional, pants — your call, we'll never know. {{custom_values.zoom_join_url}}

  3. Day of, 15 minutes priorSMS

The one that actually moves show rate.

    Starting in 15. Tap and you're in: {{custom_values.zoom_join_url}}

  4. Day of, 4 minutes after startCall task

Live save on no-shows while the room is still open.

Rep calls: 'We held your seat, we're four minutes in, want me to text the link again?' One attempt only. No pressure, no second call.

exit: Joins → tag `attended`. No answer → drop into track 4.

3 · Attended → redeem & book travel

Trigger
Tag `attended`
Goal
Move from 'nice presentation' to a redeemed certificate and dated travel.
Stops when
Tag `travel-dated`.

WF-TRAVEL-03 · Post-Presentation Redemption

  1. +20 minutesEmail

Everything in writing, including what they declined.

Subject: Everything we said, in writing

Attached: the pricing sheet exactly as shown, your certificate terms, the deposit amount, and the fees per traveler. If you said no to the membership, this email still works — your vacation is still yours. Redeem here.

  2. +1 daySMS

Lower the first step to a single question.

Quick one: what month are you thinking for the trip? Just a month is fine — I'll tell you what's open before you commit to anything.

  3. +3 daysEmail

Handle the real objection: 'we haven't picked dates.'

Subject: You don't have to pick dates today

Most people stall here, and it's always the same reason — the calendar. Send us a month and a rough length of stay. We'll come back with what's actually available and what it costs. You can sit on it after that.

  4. +7 daysVoicemail drop

    Non-intrusive human nudge.

30-second drop: 'No need to call back — just checking whether you want me to hold a redemption window for you. If not, the certificate's good until its expiration date and nothing bad happens.'

4 · No-show recovery

Trigger
Session ended and tag `attended` absent
Goal
Rebook onto the next available seat. Two attempts, then park.
Stops when
Rebooked, or 2 attempts exhausted → move to track 6.

WF-TRAVEL-04 · No-Show Rebook

  1. +1 hourSMS

Zero guilt. Guilt kills rebook rate.

    Missed you — life happens, no lecture from us. Next seats: {{custom_values.next_two_sessions}}. Pick one here: {{custom_values.rebook_url}}

  2. +1 dayEmail

Reduce it to a calendar problem, not a decision problem.

Subject: Want the short version instead?

If 45–60 minutes was the problem, say so and we'll send the pricing sheet by email instead. If it was just the time of day, we run 1:30, 3:30 and 5:30 ET Monday–Friday and 1:30 and 3:30 on Saturday.

  3. +4 daysSMS

    Last active attempt, then stop.

Last nudge from me — want a seat or want me to leave you alone for a while? Either answer is fine. Reply SEAT or LATER.

exit: LATER → track 6 at monthly cadence.

5 · Post-travel → next vacation walk-in

Trigger
Tag `travel-completed` (set on return date)
Goal
Turn one trip into the next one while the tan is still on.
Stops when
New booking, or contact opts down to quarterly.

WF-TRAVEL-05 · Welcome Home → Next Trip

  1. Return day +1SMS

Ask, don't sell. Answers become segmentation.

Welcome home. Be honest with us: 1–10, how'd it go? Reply with a number. If it's under 8 I want to know why more than I want the compliment.

  2. +3 daysEmail

Capture next-trip intent as data, not a guess.

    Subject: Where's the next one?

Two questions, ten seconds: beach, cruise, mountains or city? And roughly when — 3 months, 6 months, next year? Your answers set what we send you, and nothing else.

    tag: intent-captured

  3. +10 daysSMS

The funny one. Keeps the list warm without selling.

Your laundry pile has recovered. Emotionally, you're ready for another beach. Purely hypothetically — spring or fall?

  4. +30 daysEmail

Easy walk-in: same honest format, next destination.

    Subject: Same deal, different coastline

Here's what's open in {{contact.next_trip_window}} for the destinations you picked, with the full price on the page like last time. No new presentation required — you've already done that part.

6 · Long-term nurture (the funny lane)

Trigger
No activity for 30 days and not in another track
Goal
Stay welcome in the inbox. One useful or amusing touch a month.
Stops when
Any reply → route back to a live track.

WF-TRAVEL-06 · Monthly Nurture

  1. Month 1SMS

Micro-survey. One tap, builds the profile.

Settle a debate here: all-inclusive resort or a condo with a kitchen? Reply A or C. Winner decides what I send you next month.

  2. Month 2Email

Give value with no ask. Earns the next open.

Subject: The 3 fees that ruin most 'cheap' vacation deals

Resort fees, per-traveler taxes, and the airfare bait-and-switch — how to spot each one in under a minute, including on offers that aren't ours.

  3. Month 3SMS

Seasonal humor + re-engage without discounting.

Your out-of-office message misses you. Ours does too. Want to see what's open this season, or should I check back after the holidays?

  4. Month 4Email

Clean the list honestly. Protects deliverability.

    Subject: Still want these?

One button says keep going, the other says stop. No dark patterns, no 'are you sure you want to miss out.' We'd rather have a smaller list that actually reads us.

Reminders that sound like a person

The show-up ladder is where most funnels get desperate — fake scarcity, red countdown bars, "final notice." Ours does three things instead: gives you the link, makes you smile once, and makes it one tap to move your seat if life got in the way. Empty seats cost us less than resentful attendees.

  • No countdown timers, ever — real seat counts only.
  • Reschedule link in every single reminder.
  • One live save call at four minutes in. Never two.
  • Reply STOP works on the first message, not the fifth.

Honest Timeshare Resolutions side

Exit clients get the opposite of a sales cadence: document help, a dated answer, and a heartbeat update even when nothing moved. "No change this cycle" is still an update we owe you.

E1 · Exit intake & document chase

Trigger
Exit inquiry submitted (`lp-timeshare-exit`, `lp-timeshare-portal`)
Goal
Complete file within 7 days. No file, no case — and we say so.
Stops when
Tag `file-complete`.

WF-EXIT-01 · Intake → Complete File

  1. ImmediatelySMS

Portal link before they cool off.

{{contact.first_name}}, your file is open. Upload your deed or contract, latest maintenance-fee bill, and any transfer letters here: {{custom_values.portal_url}}. We review, then tell you honestly whether we can help.

  2. ImmediatelyEmail

Set truthful expectations before any money conversation.

Subject: What we can and can't promise you

We won't promise a timeline, a guaranteed exit, a credit-score outcome, or a refund of what you've already paid. What we do: review your documents, tell you which exit paths your contract actually allows, and quote a flat fee before you decide anything.

  3. +2 days (if no upload)SMS

Remove the friction, not apply pressure.

    Can't find the paperwork? Photos of the pages work fine. Even just the resort name and your account number gets us started: {{custom_values.portal_url}}

  4. +5 days (if no upload)Call task

    Human help locating documents.

Rep calls to walk them through requesting a copy from the resort. One attempt, then park at monthly.

E2 · Review → honest answer

Trigger
Tag `file-complete`
Goal
Give a yes or a no within 5 business days. Both are deliverable outcomes.
Stops when
Tag `engaged` or `declined-honestly`.

WF-EXIT-02 · Review Outcome

  1. +1 dayPortal

Visible status. Silence is what makes people distrust this industry.

Status moves to 'In review' with the reviewer's name and the date the answer is due.

  2. Review completeEmail

The answer, either way, in plain language.

Subject: Your file review — the straight answer

Either: here are the exit paths your contract allows, the flat fee, and what we need from you. Or: we don't believe we can help you, here's why, here's what you can do yourself for free, and we're not charging you for this review.

  3. Declined +1 daySMS

A clean 'no' still earns referrals.

Sent you the review. We said no, and we explained why — if the DIY steps in that email don't work, come back and we'll look again.

E3 · Active case progress

Trigger
Tag `engaged`
Goal
Zero 'what's happening with my file?' calls.
Stops when
Case closed.

WF-EXIT-03 · Case Heartbeat

  1. Every stage changePortal + Email

Status stage, date, and next action owner.

Stage updated to {{custom_values.case_stage}}. Next step is ours / yours, due {{custom_values.next_step_date}}.

  2. Every 14 days, no changeEmail

'Nothing happened' is still an update.

Subject: No change this cycle — and that's normal

Your file sat where it was. Here's why that's expected at this stage and what we're waiting on.

  3. Case closedSMS

Close the loop and open the travel door — gently.

You're out. When you're ready to travel again without owning anything, we run honest packages on the other side of the house — no obligation, and no, we won't put you in another contract.
