Ops note: the calendar publishes 30 seats per session. Our staffing target is still 20 live attendees per room — the extra capacity absorbs no-shows. Seats-left numbers clients see are real counts from bookings in the system, never simulated.

A seat moves through these buckets as the client confirms, attends and activates. The bonus drawing entry code the client types enters them in the mid-presentation drawing to waive the activation fee — and it still pays you in full.
